After walking through the fortress, at noon, go to an oasis of greenery and relax. The Japanese garden is the ideal place.
The Japanese garden is located on the North Side of the Alba Carolina Fortress and delights tourists with typical Japanese constructions, cobbled alleys, an artesian well, a small bridge, trees and flowers to make the walk through the garden as pleasant as possible.
In 2016 the garden has been redesigned, the alleys were paved with stone and new plants were planted.
A coffee shop, that serves also snacks, is closed.
